Jared had Veteran's Day off, and both the boys had Veteran's Assemblies at school. Joshua was so excited that Dad showed up in his military uniform. Nathan is in the Choir this year and as you can see he isn't too excited, although Jared said he did a great job!

Saturday started early with the opening of the duck hunt, and boy were they excited.
Later that night, Nathan had his first Stake Youth Activity/Dance (with our church group). It was in Texarkana, so it was also a late night. Since Jared is Young Men's President, Nathan had to put up with Dad tagging along, with camera in toe. And since Mom was out of town, he also had to put up with Joshua tagging along. He was a great sport.

Wow, I bet Nate was THRILLED when Jared took a shot of him dancing with that cute girl! Glad you were able to see your friend, looks like a good time! Bet you missed the boys (but not too much, right?).
Nate is so grown up, what a cutie! Nate has a typical teenage look on his face! Can't wait to see you guys!
Oh my goodness did Jared REALLY take photos at the dance? Poor Nathan! LOL
Hi Hillary, I just lurked your blog. Your boys are so big and It's fun that you got to go visit Jen. Miss you!
Nate is growing up--wow! It would be so great to have you join us for LOTOJA next year--you would probably leave us all in the dust. I'm sure my dad would let you borrow his extra bike if you want to make the journey to join us. We need one more person to make it an all girls team. :)
