Our friends Gary and Gwen came to visit us from Iowa City. We were so happy to see them and catch up. They did a lot of exploring in Alaska, but on Labor Day we went with them. We took a Glacier Cruise out of Whittier, AK. It was rainy, but turned out to be a beautiful day. We saw otters and porposies. We ate a yummy prime rib and salmon dinner. Josh became a Junior Ranger (Nate is way too cool for that!) The scenery was breathtaking and the Glaciers are AMAZING!!!

You'll have already seen all of AK by the time we get there. I guess we'll just have to use the bed in the Cardon Bed and Breakfast.
That looks like so much fun...the scenery and the company! Wish I would have been there with you guys! So glad they could come!
