One of my friends here in Alaska is blessed with two great qualities: one, she has a great talent of knitting and two she has the patience of Job. She is trying to teach me how and I am trying to learn. I am attempting to make a dish rag here.... We shall see if I succeed!

No WAY. I do not have the patience to sit and knit. Though maybe I would if I lived in AK.
Good for you, I tried this years ago and could not figure it out. I admire ANYONE who can knit!!
I was wondering what you have been up too. :) If you get the hang of it you will have to teach me.
