CoRn MaZe

Some people in our ward own a local Corn Maze. We took the boys out this past weekend. They had a blast, as you can imagine. There were tons of fun activities, besides the actual maze.

They had a big swing that the boys loved.....it wouldn't take Jared and my weight....dang it!

They also had a zipline, which we all did. ( I didn't get a picture of Jared on the zipline).
When we were all done, we walked out to the pumpkin patch and the boys picked pumpkins. Josh found his in about 3 minutes, Nathan took 10 minutes...imagine that!

FALL is in the air!

Could it really be? Temperatures are dropping (a little) and the boys can actually go outside and enjoy the evenings...... Fall must be right around the corner here in Louisiana!

Made these yummy apples with the boys tonight (got the idea from my friend Jen's blog), SO good!

Joshua made the Honor Roll for the first nine weeks of school. They had an assembly to recognize the hard working students. He was so proud.....and so are Mom and Dad! Way to go Josh!

CIRCUS

Joshua always brings home these "FREE" kids admission tickets to the Circus and we never go...well this year was different. Since Jared was in Utah and the boys didn't have a soccer game, we decided to go to the Circus. My kids have never been, so they were so excited, especially Josh. He talked about it all week. My camera battery died right at the beginning, so these are the only pictures I got......

Can you see the JOY on their faces? It is that time of year again...early mornings and tired boys, but boy are they HAPPY! Today was Dove hunting...didn't even see one, but they still had fun!
