CHRISTMAS:
We had a great Christmas. The boys got everything they wanted, and as you can tell they were happy. We lounged in our jammies all day, played and ate yummy food!
FUN TIMES:We had a fun caroling party with the Young Men and Young Women. The Otis Family helped us celebrate New Years with a Guitar Hero Party, and bedtime at 10:00 (are we getting old?). Jared celebrated his 37th Birthday. He went hunting, we got in a quick bike ride, went to Olive Garden, and then ended the night with German Chocolate Cake (Grandma Lee's recipe, of course!). We have had the missionaries over a lot lately. The kids love when they come!
HUNTING: Jared went to Utah for a week (courtesy of an early Christmas present from his sweet, caring wife!) He spent the whole week hunting, of course. He must not have got his fill, because he spent the Christmas Break hunting some more, but this time with his favorite boys!

Looks like you had a lot of fun...does rock band have a CD with songs for younger kids?? Also, that is quite a bounteous hunt, do you guys eat the birds?

Hey Hillary, Fun to catch up. Landon received a DSi as well and loves it. You guys really do some fun things -- wish Iowa City was a little bit larger and warmer so we could have a few more options. I have never asked what you do with the game Jared hunts?? You are awesome in that department. Happy Birthday to Jared and Happy New Year. Btw, I looked and looked for Rice Krispie houses and could never find any then I am in Michaels today and they had a bunch on sale for 2.99. I bought some for next year as they have an expiration date of November, 2011. Take care.
